چکیده

Abstract. Microclonal propagation of rare plant species solves the problem biodiversity conservation, because received explants can be introduced into natural conditions to maintain stability communities. The purpose research was obtain in vitro cultures plants from Fabaceae family: Astragalus gorodkovii and gorczakovskii. Materials methods: seeds were selected population Komi Republic 2004. Seeds gorczakovskii collected 2019 Perm region Sverdlovsk region. After sterilization scarification, placed on a hormone-free Murashige-Skoog medium. resulting seedlings medium 4 variants concentration phytohormones BAP NAA, germinated at room temperature 16-hour light day. Then transplanted onto 9 concentrations hormones. results. 1.5–2 months considered as optimal period for division transplantation. Variants containing 0.5–1 mg/l smaller amount NAA turned out best reproduction A. gorczakovskii, active branching observed without verification. showed most growth. originality this is selection composition germination This biotechnological method tool preserving genetic diversity communities Ural flora.

In vitro incorporation of selenomethionine into protein by astragalus polysomes.

Selenium-accumulator plants synthesize selenium compounds that differ from those produced by nonaccumulators. To determine if there are any subcellular differences between accumulators and nonaccumulators in the use of selenomethionine in vitro, polysomes from Astragalus crotalariae (accumulator) and Astragalus lentiginosis (nonaccumulator) were translated in the presence of selenomethionine. P...

Karyotype Analyses of Four Astragalus L. (fabaceae) Species from Turkey

Astragalus L. is a perennial herbaceous genus belonging to the family Fabaceae. Chromosome morphology was defined for the first time in four species of Astragalus namely; A. antalyensis A.Duran & Podlech, A. nezaketae A.Duran & Aytaç, A. cariensis Boiss. & A. schizopterus Boiss. All species contained diploid chromosome numbers of 2n = 16. However, polyploid cells (4x = 32) were also observed in...

Bioactive saponins from Astragalus suberi L. growing in Yemen.

From the aerial parts of Astragalus suberi L., Fabaceae, seven saponins were isolated. Based on spectral data (IR, 1H and 13C NMR and HR-FABMS), the structures were established as 3-O-(beta-D-glucopyranosyl)-soyasapogenol B (1); 3-O-(beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl)-soyasapogenol B (2); 3-O-[beta-D-galactopyranosyl (1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-soyasapogenol B (3); 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1-->...
